Here are some examples of modern training from a Japanese Aikido Dojo. It shows some of the typical exercised used to warm up, stretch and preapre for instruction. Some of the very basic steps and moves are also demonstrated.

The Newbury school of KI Aikido welcomes all associations and styles of Aikido as shown in the variety of these clips. We are a very open minded school and always try to accomodate other martial artists previous training. Within the school we have senior grades from other martial arts and adopt a collabarative approach whilst maintaining the purity of traditional Aikido.
